Research has linked regular Qigong practice to significant improvements in longevity, mood and physical wellbeing — increased bone density, lower inflammation, immune regulation and reduction in stress, anxiety and depression. For people living with chronic illness it can ease the symptoms of arthritis, fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue.
Taichi takes the same principles and shapes them into a sequence of slow, graceful movements. With regular practice it frees up stiff joints, releases tight muscles, increases circulation to the extremities and brings the nervous system into balance.
