1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the danulodge.com website and any retreat, treatment or service you book with Danu Lodge, Clonroe, Gorey, Co. Wexford, Ireland. By making a booking you agree to these terms.

2. Bookings & deposits

• A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure a place on a retreat unless stated otherwise.
• The balance is payable no later than 14 days before the retreat start date.
• Treatment appointments are payable on the day in cash, by card, Revolut or bank transfer.

3. Cancellations & refunds

• More than 28 days before the retreat — full refund less the deposit.
• 14–28 days before — 50% refund of the balance paid.
• Less than 14 days before — no refund, but the place may be transferred to a future retreat or another person where possible.
• If Danu Lodge cancels a retreat, you will receive a full refund including the deposit.
• We strongly recommend travel insurance.

4. Suitability & medical disclosure

Some practices — including Grof® Breathwork, sweat lodge ceremonies and deep bodywork — are not suitable for everyone. You agree to disclose any physical, psychological or medication-related conditions on your booking form. We reserve the right to decline or end participation where we believe a practice is unsafe for you. Our services are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric or psychological treatment.

5. Conduct on the property

Danu Lodge is a peaceful, alcohol-free and drug-free environment. Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only. We reserve the right to ask anyone whose conduct disturbs other guests or staff to leave without refund.

6. Liability

You participate in all activities at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by Irish law, Danu Lodge is not liable for loss, injury or damage suffered other than as a direct result of our negligence. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Website content

All text, photography and design on danulodge.com is © Danu Lodge unless stated. You may not reproduce material without written permission. We make reasonable efforts to keep the site accurate but do not warrant that it is error-free or always available.

8. Privacy

How we handle your data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
