What it can support
Craniosacral work is used by people recovering from accident, surgery, birth trauma, concussion, chronic pain, anxiety, burnout and grief. It is widely used for babies who are unsettled, struggling to feed, or recovering from a difficult birth, and for people whose nervous systems feel constantly on alert.
Because the work is so quiet, many people experience it as a deep rest — sessions often leave you feeling like you have slept for a week.
What a session looks like

Most people drift somewhere between waking and sleep. Sessions last about 60 minutes; integration after the session is part of the work.
