How it works
When the digestive system can no longer process certain foods, the unprocessed material can lead to a build-up of intestinal toxins. Over time these can cross into the bloodstream and contribute to inflammation in distant tissues — joints, skin, sinuses, brain. The test identifies which foods are creating this load so they can be removed long enough for the gut to settle and heal.
Testing involves a small finger-prick blood sample sent to an accredited laboratory. Results return within a couple of weeks and are reviewed with you in a follow-up session, with a nutritional plan to support the elimination, healing and reintroduction phases.
Common symptoms of intolerance
Bloating, cramping, IBS-type symptoms, chronic fatigue, headaches and migraines, eczema and other skin issues, sinus congestion, joint pain, mood swings, weight that won't shift — and the vague sense that something is just off.
